This show is BIG! We'll play 2 sets starting after 3pm and we'll be saying Bon Voyage to Greta. She'll be on the road to Philadelphia, exploring the East Coast.

This will also be our long-awaited CD release party which features 14 of our original songs.

Helping Sri Lanka Recover: A benefit for Tsunami victims featuring Great Highway, The Gasmen and Hy Brassyl. Hy Brassyl explores the links between music of Ireland and Scotland and other musical genres including Jazz, Brazilian, Cuban, Gypsy and Indian. The Gasmen are a lively San Francisco Irish group led by Vincie Keehan on mandolin. The group was known as Orla and the Gasmen until 2002 when Orla and Richard moved back to Ireland, after making a great CD with the band -- Minding Mice at Crossroads, 1998, Gas Men MUSIC. Great Highway will be offering it's unique brand of rock-influenced americana originals

100% of the proceeds of this event go to help orphanages in Sri Lanka through the Sri Lanka Children's fund. Aid from the Fund shall be used to directly support the efforts of a number of very effective organizations on the ground in Sri Lanka in the wake of the tsunami with particular emphasis on helping women and orphaned children immediately AND in the long term.

I.C.A.N. (Independent Community Arts Network) is a space dedicated to presenting Art, Music and Films by local and national artists. They present up to 15 artists works on display monthly. They also showcase live performances on weekends and cater to touring musicians. They have taken music out of the bars and nightclubs and placed it into a full sensory environment. I.C.A.N. is a comfortable place with couches and enough room for patrons to move around and find their spot.
